Frequently asked questions
What does Klust clean?
Klust removes common tracking, analytics, affiliate, and share parameters while preserving the useful destination and link details.
Does Klust upload my copied URLs?
No. Clipboard cleaning happens locally on your Mac. Klust does not need an account or a cloud service to clean a link.
Why did my URL stay the same?
Klust leaves links alone when there is nothing it can safely remove, when a setting excludes the URL, or when the input is not an HTTP or HTTPS URL.
How do I use Klust with Safari?
Enable the Klust Safari extension in Safari Settings → Extensions. From a page, use the extension command to clean the page URL and copy the result.
How do I turn off automatic cleaning?
Open Klust from the menu bar and disable Clipboard Cleaning. You can still clean the current clipboard manually whenever you choose.
