What Klust processes
Klust watches the local macOS clipboard only when clipboard cleaning is enabled. When the clipboard contains text or URLs, Klust analyzes that content locally to identify and remove supported tracking parameters.
What Klust does not do
- Klust does not upload copied URLs by default.
- Klust does not require an account, sign-in, or cloud sync.
- Klust does not sell copied content or build a contact database.
- Klust does not use copied URLs for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Safari extension
The Klust Safari extension uses the same local cleaning engine to process a page URL and copy the cleaned result. It does not send the page URL to Klust servers.
Support messages
If you email [email protected], Klust receives the email address, message, and any information you choose to include. This information is used to answer your support request and is not used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Clipboard content is handled locally by the app and is not retained by Klust as a server-side record. Support emails remain in the support mailbox only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support history, and protect the service. You can request deletion of a support conversation by emailing [email protected].
Changes to this policy
If Klust’s data practices change, this page will be updated before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date will indicate when the policy was last revised.
